About the role
The International Field Service Representative will work remotely from the UAE, partnering with Silvus’s global team to deliver tailored communication solutions. The role focuses on technical demonstrations, pre‑ and post‑sales support, and influencing product development for advanced MIMO radio and mesh networking systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pre‑sales technical support and customized solutions for customers.
- Conduct technical demonstrations of Silvus multi‑antenna MIMO radios and mesh networking products.
- Deliver post‑sales support, troubleshooting, and maintenance assistance.
- Collaborate with the international Silvus team and report to the Senior Sales Engineer.
- Contribute feedback to influence product development.
Required profile
- Based in the United Arab Emirates and able to work remotely.
- Strong communication skills for customer and internal interactions.
- Experience in field service or technical support for wireless communication products.
Required skills
- MIMO radio technology.
- Mesh networking solutions.
