Inventory Manager (Buyer/Planner) – Dubai

About the role
Pattern is looking for an Inventory Manager (Buyer/Planner) to lead demand forecasting, inventory management, and receipt planning for 7‑12 brands from our Dubai office. You will work closely with brand managers and partners to ensure optimal weeks of supply, inventory turn, and in‑stock rates.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and update short‑term demand forecasts and place weekly orders for assigned brands.
- Develop 3‑, 6‑, and 9‑month ordering plans.
- Provide monthly demand, sales, and receipt forecasts to brand teams.
- Align ordering strategies with brand management and inventory teams.
- Identify forecast deviations, propose corrective actions, and lead brand calls to discuss solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in supply/demand planning or buying.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring forecasting cycles.
- Data‑driven mindset with solid understanding of retail KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).
- ERP systems.
