Investment Consultant – European Market (Dubai)

About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is looking for an ambitious Investment Consultant to serve European investors interested in Dubai's real estate market. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients from initial inquiry through to transaction completion while promoting premium property opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and advise European investors on Dubai real‑estate opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients across European markets.
• Conduct consultations, property presentations, and investment discussions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company‑provided leads.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records and follow‑up activities within the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• European nationality or proven experience working with European clientele.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
