Real Estate Sales Trainer

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver high‑energy training programmes for its large real‑estate sales teams. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques and overall performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive real‑estate sales training for new hires and existing staff.
• Conduct classroom and auditorium‑style sessions for audiences of 100–150 participants.
• Provide training on project details, pricing, payment plans, USPs, inventory and competitor positioning.
• Coach sales teams through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiation and closing.
• Identify performance gaps with sales leadership and deliver targeted coaching and refresher programmes.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, assessments and performance reports.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, metrics and post‑training results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, L&D, Real Estate or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer within a UAE real‑estate developer environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large audiences and maintain high engagement.
• Strong understanding of UAE property market, sales processes and customer journey.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
