Investment Director – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

We are a Dubai‑based investment firm seeking an experienced Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process. This remote, full‑time position offers high autonomy and the chance to shape portfolio strategy across multiple asset classes and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence on new investment opportunities, evaluating performance, risk metrics, and manager capabilities.
• Coordinate the full due‑diligence lifecycle, maintain trackers, and produce investment memoranda for senior leadership.
• Conduct macroeconomic and market analysis, develop scenario models, and deliver actionable insights to inform portfolio positioning.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with investment managers to monitor strategy evolution and performance attribution.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in investment management, research, portfolio management, or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, complex instruments, and quantitative analysis.
• Strong written communication and project‑management abilities in multi‑stakeholder environments.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and other industry‑standard investment tools.
