Investor Acquisition Manager

About the role

Eco Lex Legal is seeking an Investor Acquisition Manager to join its Dubai office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with investors who align with the firm’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Research investor markets and segment potential investors.
• Develop and execute outreach plans, including presentations and meetings.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects in a CRM or similar system.
• Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to create compelling investment materials, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Track negotiation progress, deal status, and provide regular reports on investor activity.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic decisions supporting firm expansion.

Required profile

• Strong background in investor relations, business development, or stakeholder management.
• Experience with financial analysis, valuation basics, and preparing investment proposals.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and deal‑closing abilities, including pipeline management.
• Knowledge of legal or professional services markets; familiarity with the UAE business environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, Marketing, or related field; advanced finance certifications are beneficial.
