Investor Relations Manager (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to work remotely on a freelance basis. You will help train a cutting‑edge AI model by creating, evaluating, and refining professional investor‑relations documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑generated pitch decks, data‑room indexes, and investor update memos for startup fundraises and venture funds.
• Produce accurate cap‑table summaries and term‑sheet summaries that meet LP and institutional‑investor standards.
• Generate LP reports and other core investor‑relations deliverables.
• Collaborate with the AI research team to improve document quality and model performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.
• Direct experience building pitch decks, data‑room indexes, or investor update memos.
• Fluency in cap‑table mechanics, term‑sheet structuring, and reporting standards for LPs.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
