Invoicing Executive

About the role

A company based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, is looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Executive to manage billing activities, invoice processing and data records. The position is full-time, mid-level and requires proven experience in invoicing, billing or data entry, including hands-on use of Odoo ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, process and maintain accurate invoices and billing records.
• Enter and update financial and customer information in Odoo ERP.
• Verify invoices, billing details and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organise data, maintain spreadsheets and support billing reports.
• Monitor invoicing records and help resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organised records of transactions and related documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in invoicing, billing processes or data entry.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required; applicants without it are advised not to apply.
• Understanding of invoice preparation, billing procedures and financial record-keeping.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, organisation, data management and time management.
