IT Manager – Entra Identity and Infrastructure

About the role

The IT Manager – Entra Identity and Infrastructure leads the organization’s identity and infrastructure services, ensuring secure, reliable and scalable systems across the enterprise. Reporting to the IT Senior Manager, the role oversees identity lifecycle, access governance, cloud platforms and endpoint management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the identity & infrastructure team, defining procedures and standards.
• Manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, de‑provisioning, role management and governance policies.
• Implement and maintain SSO, SAML integrations and privileged access management controls.
• Oversee server, virtualization, endpoint and device management (Intune, JAMF, other MDM solutions).
• Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Monitor service performance, SLA compliance and incident response using ITIL‑aligned processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, architecture diagrams and operational reports.
• Ensure all infrastructure operations meet governance, risk and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure or identity teams.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, least‑privilege principles and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to manage workload, performance and professional development of technical staff.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
