IT Support Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Diagnose and fix LAN, Wi‑Fi and basic internet connectivity problems.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software assets.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and maintain accurate asset records.
• Monitor support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex technical problems when needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage; candidates based in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
