About the role

We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer for a regulated FinTech company in Dubai. The role involves administering and securing a hybrid, multi‑platform environment that includes endpoints, servers, BYOD devices and a wide range of cloud and SaaS tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer and secure user endpoints, servers and BYOD devices across macOS, Windows and Linux.
  • Manage mobile device management, internet security and Zero Trust network access platforms.
  • Oversee identity and access controls for core cloud tools, SSO, AI applications and regulatory archiving platforms.
  • Monitor, triage and resolve system alerts and security incidents using ITIL practices.
  • Maintain configurations to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.
  • Run onboarding and off‑boarding workflows and provide day‑to‑day technical support.
  • Document procedures and create internal knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with IDP/SSO platforms, MDM tools and internet security suites.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, Zero Trust architecture and compliance standards.
  • Experience scripting (PowerShell, Bash or Python) and building workflow automations.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent training is a plus.
