About the role
We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer for a regulated FinTech company in Dubai. The role involves administering and securing a hybrid, multi‑platform environment that includes endpoints, servers, BYOD devices and a wide range of cloud and SaaS tools.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and secure user endpoints, servers and BYOD devices across macOS, Windows and Linux.
- Manage mobile device management, internet security and Zero Trust network access platforms.
- Oversee identity and access controls for core cloud tools, SSO, AI applications and regulatory archiving platforms.
- Monitor, triage and resolve system alerts and security incidents using ITIL practices.
- Maintain configurations to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.
- Run onboarding and off‑boarding workflows and provide day‑to‑day technical support.
- Document procedures and create internal knowledge‑base articles.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
- Hands‑on experience with IDP/SSO platforms, MDM tools and internet security suites.
- Familiarity with network protocols, Zero Trust architecture and compliance standards.
- Experience scripting (PowerShell, Bash or Python) and building workflow automations.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent training is a plus.
