About the role
The Junior Accountant will join the finance team at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai, supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations for a busy casual‑dining restaurant. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate financial data for effective decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
- Process invoices, track expenses and assist with payroll and inventory accounting.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and support month‑end and year‑end closing.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and audit preparation while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA a plus.
- Prior experience in accounting, preferably within hospitality or food‑service.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
