Junior Architect (Hospitality & Retail Projects)

About the role

TRIO is seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join its Dubai studio. The role focuses on hospitality and retail projects, supporting the creation of cafés, restaurants and retail spaces that reflect the brand’s distinctive design language.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, sections and detailed drawings for hospitality and retail interiors.
• Produce 3D visualisations and renderings to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in material selection, specification and documentation.
• Support the preparation of presentation decks and project reports.
• Help ensure design intent is maintained from concept through site coordination to final hand‑over.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design, with a portfolio that includes hospitality or retail projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of project‑management principles and digital workflow integration.
• Ability to read and produce accurate technical drawings and documentation.
• Interest in hospitality and retail design, including materials, furniture and user experience.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
