Junior Business Development Representative

About the role

Halian is seeking energetic Junior Business Development Representatives to join its Dubai team. In this sales‑focused position you will generate new business by contacting IT and technology companies, building relationships with decision‑makers, and securing qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to IT and technology firms to identify prospects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Engage hiring managers and key decision‑makers to understand their needs.
• Generate qualified meetings and new client opportunities.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and nurture them through the sales cycle.
• Achieve clear monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, telesales, business development, recruitment or another phone‑based role is advantageous.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Commercially driven and motivated by targets.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, proactive and willing to work hard to achieve results.
