Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The American University in the Emirates is looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support its digital marketing initiatives. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across multiple platforms, helping to boost the university’s online presence, student engagement, and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other channels.
• Support lead‑generation and student‑recruitment efforts through targeted advertising.
• Create and schedule social‑media content, monitor engagement and respond to basic inquiries.
• Update website content, optimise landing pages and track performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page SEO improvements and monitor search rankings under senior guidance.
• Prepare basic performance reports and maintain campaign documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of digital‑marketing experience (internships acceptable).
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Canva or similar design tools
• Adobe Creative Suite
• SEO fundamentals and keyword research

What we offer
