Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who has hands‑on experience with social media, digital campaigns and lead generation. This is a junior role for someone who can handle day‑to‑day digital marketing activities and is looking to grow with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns
• Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Work on lead generation campaigns
• Monitor campaigns and make basic optimisations based on performance
• Manage social media platforms and content schedules
• Track leads, campaign results and key performance metrics
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content
• Assist with client requirements, updates and follow‑ups
• Research competitors, audiences and current digital trends
• Prepare basic campaign performance reports

Required profile

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead generation
• Understanding of targeting, audiences, budgets and campaign objectives
• Basic knowledge of social media management and content planning
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and make basic changes
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn
• Canva / basic content creation skills are a plus
