Junior Litigation Lawyer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Litigation Lawyer to join our growing professional services firm in Dubai. You will work directly with prospective clients, assess their legal issues, and guide them through the litigation process while contributing to the firm’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial legal consultations, explain options, fees, risks and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Assess civil, commercial, labor, real‑estate, RDC, debt recovery and contractual disputes, identifying strengths, weaknesses and risks.
• Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, memoranda, applications, evidence, settlements and other court documents.
• Monitor hearings, filings, judgments and deadlines, ensuring procedural compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, provide case updates and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with lawyers, advocates, courts, experts, translators and government authorities while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a UAE‑based law firm or legal consultancy, preferably in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures, filings, case management and enforcement.
• Proven ability to acquire clients, handle fee objections and meet revenue or conversion targets.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic legal‑language capability is highly preferred.
