Junior Real Estate Trainer

About the role

Luxury Concierge Real Estate (LCRE) is seeking a Junior Real Estate Trainer to join its Dubai team. You will support the onboarding of new agents and deliver continuous development programs for agents at all experience levels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a structured onboarding training program for newly hired real estate agents.
• Conduct training on company processes, Dubai market knowledge, sales techniques, soft skills, CRM, technology, and internal systems.
• Assess agents during and after onboarding to gauge knowledge and readiness.
• Hold regular training and coaching sessions, identify performance gaps, and provide refresher courses.
• Track attendance, assessments, coaching sessions, and overall agent development.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, HR, Recruitment, and Management to determine training needs.
• Provide feedback on recurring skill gaps and suggest further development initiatives.

Required profile

• Native English speaker preferred and currently residing in the UAE.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Prior experience in a Dubai/UAE real‑estate brokerage as a broker, trainer, or in a similar sales‑training role is highly valued.
• Candidates from other sectors with solid sales‑training, coaching, or L&D experience will also be considered.
• Confidence delivering both group classroom sessions and one‑to‑one coaching.

• Ability to assess individual performance and identify development gaps.
• Strong coaching skills for junior and experienced sales professionals.
