Junior & Senior Accountant – Dubai

About the role

Aviare Group is expanding its finance team in Dubai and is looking for motivated accountants at junior and senior levels. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and supporting month‑end and year‑end reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in line with FTA requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and other reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Utilise accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for routine tasks.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant accounting experience at junior or senior level.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and FTA compliance.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and Excel abilities.
• Good communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
