Key Account Executive

About the role

Carter Murray is partnering with a leading consumer‑goods organisation to hire a Key Account Executive for its Dubai operations. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its distributors, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture relationships with distributors and local customers to generate consistent revenue.
• Develop new business opportunities across untapped retail segments, e‑commerce platforms and potential sub‑distributors.
• Support and monitor distributor sell‑in and sell‑out performance against sales targets.
• Evaluate existing distribution networks and recommend expansion or optimisation for adequate market coverage.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor retail presence, pricing consistency and brand merchandising compliance.
• Assist distributors with local marketing, digital campaigns and pricing structures.
• Collect and analyse market data to devise profitability‑enhancing strategies.
• Track product category PSI and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal electronics or home‑goods sales.
• Strong product and territory knowledge with a technical background.
• Proven ability to conduct training and deliver presentations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
