Key Account Manager – Personal Health E‑Commerce

About the role

Manage end‑to‑end e‑commerce accounts for Philips Personal Health across GCC online retailers, marketplaces and digital partners. Drive sales growth, optimise digital presence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full e‑commerce account management cycle for assigned online partners.
• Forecast online sales, develop commercial plans and execute digital‑focused initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key e‑commerce players and create strategic online account plans.
• Identify growth opportunities such as assortment optimisation, visibility enhancements and new digital activations.
• Drive digital execution excellence – content quality, search visibility, campaigns and conversion optimisation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain and other teams to deliver aligned initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (traffic, conversion, share of search, availability, content compliance).
• Manage and develop distributors involved in e‑commerce operations within GCC markets.

Required profile

• ~10 years of sales/account management experience with strong e‑commerce exposure.
• Proven experience managing e‑commerce accounts in GCC countries.
• Distributor management experience in GCC markets (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Arabic, willingness to travel.
