Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Join the Kids Club team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, delivering memorable experiences for young guests. As a Kids Club Attendant you will create a safe, fun, and engaging environment, overseeing daily activities and special events for children.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to children throughout the day.
• Supervise, plan, and execute all activities offered at the Kids Club.
• Organize and host birthday parties, holiday‑themed events, and special celebrations.
• Design and create arts‑and‑crafts projects, as well as seasonal camp programmes.
• Train new colleagues on daily operations and ensure teamwork for high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of arts‑and‑craft supplies and report shortages.
• Keep all club areas clean, safe, and well‑maintained for children’s safety.
• Support the Kids Club supervisor at reception during busy periods.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Russian language (required).
• Passion for working with children and ability to create a fun, enthusiastic atmosphere.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, reliable and team‑focused.
