About the role
The Kids Club Attendant ensures smooth daily operation of the Kids Club, delivering high levels of guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly kids programs and activities.
- Monitor children, enforce safety rules, and handle any incidents.
- Maintain equipment, facilities and supplies, inspecting for wear and performing adjustments.
- Provide information on facilities, activities, and resort policies.
- Clean children’s equipment, vehicles, and areas.
- Handle guest complaints and report to supervisors as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of child safety, health and hygiene practices.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to engage children of various ages.
- Friendly, energetic, patient and caring attitude.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
Required skills
- Basic English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
