About the role
We are looking for a Kids Only Agent to join the Sports & Leisure team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. The role focuses on the well‑being of children participating in the Kids Club, delivering highly personalized, efficient and responsive service. You will facilitate all activities and programmes designed for our young guests.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and supervise all Kids Club activities and programmes.
- Provide personalized service to ensure the safety and enjoyment of each child.
- Organise family‑friendly experiences and coordinate with other resort departments.
- Report directly to the Kids Only manager and collaborate with the Sports & Leisure team.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years’ experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
