Kindergarten Teacher – UAE Schools

About the role

Our client operates a network of six accredited schools across the UAE, offering IB and AP curricula. They are seeking a qualified Kindergarten Teacher (female) to join the team for a 2‑3 year fixed‑term contract. The role involves delivering a world‑class early childhood education program to students in grades K‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards‑based lessons for kindergarten classes.
• Assess student progress and provide individualized support.
• Collaborate with curriculum coordinators to align teaching with IB or AP frameworks.
• Maintain classroom environment that promotes safety, inclusivity, and learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent communication.

Required profile

• Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (or relevant subject) and a teaching license (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of post‑graduate teaching experience in the subject area.
• Ability to provide verifiable references.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE.

• Salary ranging from 12,500 AED to 21,000 AED per month, based on experience and credentials.
