Land Surveyor

About the role

Dar is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to conduct surveys for construction, property, topographic, right-of-way, transportation and control projects across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Perform surveys for construction, property/boundary, topographic, right-of-way, transportation and control projects.
• Determine longitudes and latitudes of features using theodolites, transits, levels and GPS.
• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret data to define positions, shapes and elevations.
• Set up and operate surveying equipment such as electronic total-stations, digital survey levels, electronic data collectors and GNSS receivers.
• Gather field data using conventional TPS and GNSS methods.
• Verify accuracy of measurements and calculate heights, depths, relative positions and property lines.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, charts, maps, reports and legal descriptions, and certify survey work.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in land surveying.
