Lead Engineer – Process

About the role

This senior role is for an experienced Process Engineer to lead technical design and engineering activities for high‑profile energy projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for all process design, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate and monitor process design and engineering with EPC contractors, delivering on time and within budget.
• Review and approve engineering consultants' and EPC contractors' deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Participate in equipment sizing, selection, and layout reviews to optimize design and standardization.
• Support installation, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases with technical assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve complex problems.

Required skills
