About the role
This remote position is for a Lead Generation / Business Development Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality meetings that feed the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients that match the target profile.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, personalized email campaigns and AI-assisted outreach.
- Conduct introductory conversations, present value propositions and handle objections.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate pipeline records.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to personalize outreach and improve productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics and consistently meet lead-generation targets.
Required profile
- Self-motivated professional with proven outbound sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence presenting solutions to business decision‑makers.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily activities.
