Legal Administrative Officer – Emirati Talent Only

About the role

Kaizen Asset Management Services is looking for a meticulous Legal Administrative Officer to support its legal department. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals and offers an opportunity to work on a variety of legal and financial documentation tasks while developing expertise in legal technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse statements of accounts with high numerical accuracy.
• Read, screen, and organise legal case documents and files.
• Enter, update, and maintain legal and financial data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
• Extract, filter, and analyse data from Excel sheets and prepare basic reports.
• Use internal legal systems, government portals, and case‑management platforms.
• Draft basic correspondence, summaries, and document notes in Arabic and English.
• Handle multiple files, meet deadlines for document submission and case tracking.

Required profile

• Emirati national (Family Book required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
