Legal Advisor – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

Fam Investment, a subsidiary of Fam Holding focused on real‑estate investment in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor. You will provide comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance with UAE laws while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment and general business matters.
• Handle disputes, claims, legal notices and coordinate litigation with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Advise management with timely legal opinions and practical solutions.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on operations.
• Support corporate governance, maintain legal records and manage regulatory filings.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all legal matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s or professional qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience in the UAE, with strong exposure to corporate and commercial law.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Deep knowledge of UAE legislation, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and uphold confidentiality.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
