About the role
We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing expert legal support in a fast‑paced business environment, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws, mitigating legal risks, and supporting the company’s operations with sound legal guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to various business units.
- Ensure the company complies with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of professional legal experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and commercial practice.
- Immediate availability or willingness to join promptly is a plus.
Required skills
- Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in handling contracts, compliance matters, and legal documentation.
