Legal Advisor / Litigator (English & Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor / Litigator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle UAE litigation matters, draft legal documents in both Arabic and English, and work closely with local advocates to represent clients before the courts.

Key responsibilities

• Draft memoranda, pleadings, contracts, and legal correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Prepare and review all documentation required for court filings.
• Coordinate with local advocates for representation before UAE courts.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and develop case strategies.
• Provide legal opinions and advice to clients and internal departments.
• Liaise with clients, government entities, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE laws, procedures, and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of professional legal experience, including UAE litigation.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Currently based in the UAE.
