Legal & Collection Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Legal & Collection Officer to join STYRO Insulation Material Industries in Sharjah. The role combines legal advisory duties with proactive debt collection, ensuring compliance and maximizing cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and manage contractual risks across various agreements (management, lease, sale‑purchase, partnership, assignment, service).
• Monitor statutory compliance and advise senior management on obligations.
• Prepare legal reports, liaise with external lawyers and follow up on court cases.
• Conduct client visits, build comprehensive files and maintain strong relationships with debtors.
• Apply strategic collection techniques, make negotiation decisions on payment terms and settlements, and achieve cash‑flow targets.
• Track overdue accounts, keep accurate collection records and produce regular activity reports.
• Translate legal documents and correspondence between Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of litigation management, regulatory compliance and contract negotiation.
• Excellent written and oral communication in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet collection targets and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
