Legal Consultant – Flexible Secondments

About the role

LOD (Lawyers On Demand) is seeking experienced legal consultants for on‑site secondments with leading organisations in Abu Dhabi. The role offers flexible, high‑quality assignments across a range of industries, allowing you to work directly with global corporations while managing your own career path.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal solutions on a variety of projects, including corporate, banking, employment, real estate, construction and TMT matters.
• Work closely with client teams on‑site, managing relationships and delivering advice that aligns with business objectives.
• Adapt quickly to different environments and take a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) from top‑tier international law firms.
• Specialisation in Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Employment, Real Estate & Construction, or TMT.
• Common Law or Civil Law qualified.
• Resident in the UAE (any valid visa) and able to start assignments on short notice.
