About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join a leading in‑house organisation in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will provide comprehensive legal support across the business, focusing on contract matters and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Provide legal advice on cross‑border transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Support the organisation on healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Training at an international law firm.
- Proven experience advising on diverse contracts, including international cross‑border agreements.
- Preferably background in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
