Legal Manager – Head of Legal (EMEA)

About the role

ADGADG is seeking a versatile legal professional to lead its legal function in Dubai, supporting the company’s rapid expansion across EMEA. The role combines corporate law expertise with strategic oversight of contracts, entity formation, and policy development.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements with global customers and technology partners, ensuring alignment with ADG’s service models.
• Lead legal setup, registration and compliance for new entities across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, overseeing upcoming office openings.
• Develop and maintain corporate policies, advise on data analytics, AI and cybersecurity legal risks, and create frameworks for data privacy and cross‑border transfers.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of corporate law experience, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks in the Middle East and Africa; experience in European markets is a plus.
• Law degree from a recognized institution and admission to the bar or equivalent professional certification.
