Legal Manager – Real Estate & Corporate

About the role

The Legal Manager will lead all legal matters for a UAE real‑estate developer, providing practical advice to senior management and protecting the company’s interests across development, transactions, compliance and litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for real‑estate development projects, including drafting and negotiating SPAs, reservation forms, addenda, NDAs and related documents.
• Manage commercial contracts such as construction, consultancy, brokerage, marketing, vendor, lease and partnership agreements, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
• Act as primary legal advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, reviewing new initiatives, policies and transactions for legal risk.
• Oversee litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, coordinating with external counsel and preparing case documentation and settlement proposals.
• Support corporate governance, company incorporation, shareholder matters, corporate restructuring and maintenance of legal corporate records.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience in the UAE, with at least 7–10 years in a UAE real‑estate developer.
• Experience advising CEOs, shareholders or senior management and managing external counsel and disputes.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real‑estate regulations, Dubai Land Department, RERA and related authorities.
