Legal Secretary – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

About the role

The Legal Secretary will provide essential support to our Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment lawyers across Dubai and the wider Middle East. This full‑time, permanent role combines office administration, client liaison and project assistance while offering one day of remote work per week.

Key responsibilities

• Audio typing and copy‑typing of legal documents and correspondence using digital dictation tools.
• Formatting, editing and preparing documents to the firm’s house style, including trial bundles.
• Opening new client matters and coordinating with due‑diligence teams.
• Managing complex diaries, multi‑zone meeting schedules and client events.
• Handling inbox, telephone queries and drafting internal communications on behalf of partners.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations, pitches and client‑facing materials.
• Maintaining and updating CRM records (experience with InterAction advantageous).
• Coordinating end‑to‑end international travel, visas, permits and related documentation.

• Willingness to complete numeracy, comprehension and prioritisation assessments during recruitment.

Required skills

• Digital dictation software proficiency.
