Lifeguard – Al Wadi Pool (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi resort is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests using the pool facilities in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be the first line of defense for swimmers in need and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the swimming area, identify unsafe conditions, and intervene using appropriate rescue techniques.
• Assist guests who are struggling or injured and provide first‑aid care until emergency services arrive.
• Promote pool rules and regulations, ensuring guests follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness by washing, mopping, and managing towels according to company procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior lifeguard experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance, and moving quickly on wet surfaces.
