About the role
Join the Al Wadi pool team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah as a Lifeguard. You will ensure the safety of guests enjoying the swimming facilities while providing a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the swimming area, identify swimmers in distress, and perform rescue techniques when needed.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations, and intervene in unsafe activities.
- Provide first‑aid assistance and support injured guests until emergency services arrive.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, handle towels, and perform routine pool‑area cleaning.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
- Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a high level of guest service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to respond quickly, run, and move on slippery surfaces.
- Good communication skills and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, hospitality environment.
