Lifeguard (Female) – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Academies are seeking a female Lifeguard for Yasmina British Academy with an immediate start. You will join a supportive school community, ensuring the safety of students and staff in and around the swimming pool.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full supervision of the swimming pool and its users from the designated station.
• Conduct pool checks before and after lessons, report any issues, and liaise with maintenance.
• Support the PE team, coaches, and teachers with lesson planning, extra‑curricular activities, and school events.
• Perform safety equipment checks, pool tests, and follow the school’s Emergency Action Plan and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks, customer service, and behaviour management in line with school policies.

Required profile

• UAE‑approved (ADQCC) Swimming Coach or Lifeguard certificate.
• First Aid certificate and CPR knowledge.
• Physically fit, proficient swimmer, and able to work outdoors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic proficiency desired.
• Team‑oriented with a professional attitude towards child welfare.
