About the role
The Lifeguard ensures safe daily operations within the swimming pool areas, complying with health, safety and fire prevention policies. The role involves immediate guest assistance, reporting serious incidents, and maintaining pool conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas to enforce safety standards and respond to emergencies.
- Report any chemical or clarity issues of pool water to the Recreation Supervisor and Engineering Department.
- Maintain correct pool temperature and secure valuables left unattended.
- Follow lost‑and‑found procedures and adhere to employee handbook policies.
Required profile
- Valid and approved Lifeguard Certification.
- Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
- Strong swimming ability with excellent endurance and speed.
- High level of alertness, vigilance and responsibility.
