Lifting Supervisor

About the role

Rowad Modern Engineering is looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities. The role involves coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and site teams so that work follows approved drawings, quality standards and safety requirements, while monitoring progress, managing manpower and resources and supporting timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and schedules
• Coordinate with construction, QC, planning, safety and subcontractor teams
• Monitor labour productivity, material usage and site progress
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE and project requirements
• Report progress, identify site issues and support timely project delivery

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certificate in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of site supervision experience; construction experience is mandatory
• Experience in industrial projects is preferred

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution and HSE requirements
• Good communication, leadership and team coordination skills
