Logistics Administrator – Inventory In‑Charge (Dubai)

About the role

The Logistics Administrator will oversee inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure full compliance with UAE trade regulations. Based in Dubai, the role supports the Logistics & Supply Chain department and reports to the Logistics Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily inbound and outbound shipment schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
• Perform physical inventory checks and reconcile them with ERP data.
• Investigate and resolve ERP‑related errors, implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate material movement with warehouses, freight forwarders, brokers and customers.
• Prepare and legalise dispatch documents, manage international shipments and customs compliance.
• Handle labeling, hazardous‑goods regulations and obtain required certificates and permits (e.g., SABER, KUCAS, SONCAP, CITC, CMC, Certificates of Origin).
• Produce internal and external logistics summary reports and maintain accurate documentation archives.
• Ensure stock area cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency, and act as escalation point for logistics compliance queries.
• Participate in logistics and compliance training programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); logistics certification preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in import/export, logistics and trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE import/export regulations, INCOTERMS and IATA regulations for dangerous goods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
