Logistics Coordinator

About the role

ASA CARGO is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage both local and international shipments from its Dubai hub. The role involves ensuring smooth movement of goods, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the supply chain team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain all logistics documentation, including shipping orders, customs paperwork, and delivery notes.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and customers to schedule pickups, deliveries, and resolve issues.
• Track shipments in real time, monitor delivery status, and take corrective actions to meet timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory and shipment records in the company’s system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar logistics role.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
