About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Dispatcher Assistant to join our Dubai office. The role focuses on searching and booking freight loads for our truck drivers operating across the United States, while maintaining clear communication with brokers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Search, negotiate, and book freight loads for truck drivers throughout the USA.
• Communicate daily with brokers, customers, and drivers to coordinate shipments.
• Support overall logistics operations and ensure timely dispatch of loads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize drivers' earnings.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and commissions.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Responsible, organized, and eager to learn.
