About the role
Amazon is seeking a Logistics Executive to join its Delivery Partner Management team, acting as the bridge between Amazon and its Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor program performance and own network compliance scores for assigned accounts.
- Map business requirements, analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
- Develop and report performance metrics, forecasts, budgeting and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues and support DSPs throughout their lifecycle.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
