Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the logistics function for a newly awarded large‑scale high‑rise tower project in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning site setup, coordinating material flow, and ensuring safe and efficient movement of labor, equipment and vehicles on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan site layout for optimal movement of labor, materials, equipment, accommodation and security.
• Develop internal and external logistics routes, separating vehicles, machinery and personnel.
• Manage traffic control, road cleanliness, weighbridge operations and vehicle scheduling.
• Coordinate site accommodation installation and oversee site facilities.
• Control material delivery, storage and scheduling to support the construction programme.
• Create operational procedures, conduct site inductions and maintain induction records.
• Lead logistics meetings and align logistics activities with the overall project schedule.
• Oversee subcontractor logistics, supply‑chain coordination and evaluate logistics suppliers.
• Ensure equipment and vehicle safety through regular inspection and maintenance.
• Organise resources and staff to meet project deadlines, including extended‑hour operations.
• Manage site security, regulatory compliance and workforce competency.
• Maintain records, asset registers and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years of logistics/project management experience, preferably on high‑rise construction projects.
