Logistics Officer – Offshore & Onshore Projects

About the role

The Logistics Officer will support both offshore and onshore project operations by planning, coordinating and moving materials, equipment and supplies. The role ensures uninterrupted logistics support while complying with company procedures, project requirements and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all logistics activities for offshore and onshore sites, including vessel schedules, transportation and lifting operations.
• Prepare loading and off‑loading plans, track material deliveries and maintain accurate cargo manifests, inventories and transportation reports.
• Act as Area Authority for logistics, ensuring work areas meet Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) and HSE requirements.
• Liaise with project teams, vendors, contractors and transport providers to guarantee seamless logistics support.
• Support warehouse operations, material coordination, inventory control and equipment tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in offshore, onshore, marine, oil & gas, EPC or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of logistics planning, loading/off‑loading operations, transportation management and vessel logistics.
• Understanding of Permit‑to‑Work, Area Authority responsibilities and offshore safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.
